Jackson, the Magnetic Separation Rack for Six 5 ml Tubes

A versatile and easy adjustable magnetic separation rack for six 5 ml tubes. The magnetic tube rack can handle tubes with conical bottom shape. Also compatible with 15 ml tubes (see picture)!

This magnetic separation rack was specifically designed for large-volume samples. It provides efficient and precise magnetic bead separation for cell sorting, protein purification, and other lab applications requiring higher capacity tubes. It is compatible with all kinds of beads, e.g. AMPure XP,  Dynabeads, etc.

By default, this magnetic separator for large samples can be adjusted in several ways:

• The upper magnets can be removed to adjust to different volumes (the rectangle are not glued to the rack, but magnets of both sides attract each other). As shown in the pictures a pellet at the bottom can be obtained. The lower magnet is strong enough to pull beads from a full 5 ml tube (see timelapse video).
• This rack is also compatible with 15 ml tubes.
• Private labelling / OEM is possible on request.

Technical specification:

• Twelve (two per tube position) extremely strong Neodymium magnets with Nickel coating.
• 3D printed with SLA technology with very high accuracy and surface quality.
• The magnetic separation rack for six 5 ml tubes comes in white, durable material.
• If surface sterilization is needed, please use bleach or UV sterilization.
