Pico, the Customizable Powder Dispenser for 48 2 ml Screw Cap Tubes

This 3D-printed powder dispenser for tubes can be customized to fit small beads or powder of all kinds of material and volume. The 48 well powder dispenser is ideal for laboratories handling large sample volumes and requiring unmatched accuracy and consistent powder distribution across 48 tubes.

The 48 well powder dispenser fits 2 ml screw-cap tubes. It is compatible with a standard 96 tube rack (see picture, also available here). (The video shows an old version for 96 tubes, but the principle is the same - "fill and flip")

Options for Customization of the Powder Dispenser for 2 ml Tubes:

The cylindrical cavity of the measurement unit can be customized to a user-specified volume by adjusting the diameter and height. Please either mention the volume (in mm³ or µl) or the diameter and height of the cavity.

Technical Note:

• Compatible only with this standard tube rack! Not included but available separately here.
  
• The Pico laboratory powder dispenser is 3D printed with SLA technology with very high accuracy and surface quality. Semi-clear and durable material.
  
• The holder and alignment plates are made of aclylic glass (PMMA) by laser-cutting.
  
• If surface sterilization is needed, please use short UV exposure or bleach.
