KathyBIG, the Magnetic Separation Rack for Twelve 1.5 ml Tubes

A very big magnetic separation rack for twelve 1.5 ml tubes for anyone who likes to process a lot of samples at once. The magnets are placed at the angle of the tubes for best performance. Super strong magnets prevent carry-over of beads efficiently. Specifically designed rims of the 1.5 ml magnetic rack hold the lids in place to prevent the accidental turning of the tubes. For bead cleanups, DNA extraction and many more applications and compatible with all kinds of beads, e.g. AMPure XP,  Dynabeads, Sera-Mag, etc.

Options for Customization of the Magnetic Bead Rack for 1.5 ml Tubes:

• The vertical position of magnets in millimeters up from the bottom of the tubes.
• Standard: beads will be pulled around 4 mm up from the bottom of the tubes, compatible with low elution volumes.
• Private labelling / OEM possible on request.
• Other colors on request.

• The magnets are strong enough to pull beads from a full tube no matter where the magnets are positioned vertically!
