Kenny, the Magnetic Separation Rack for Six 2 ml Tubes

A magnetic separation rack for 2 ml tubes. Specifically designed rims of the 2 ml magnetic rack hold the lids in place to prevent the accidental turning of the tubes. Super strong magnets prevent carry-over of beads efficiently. For bead cleanups, DNA extraction and many more applications and compatible with all kinds of beads, e.g. AMPure XP, Dynabeads, Sera-Mag, etc.

Options for Customization of the Magnetic Bead Rack for 2 ml Tubes:

• The vertical position of magnets in millimeters up from the bottom of the tubes.
• Standard: beads will be pulled around 5 mm up from the bottom of the tubes, compatible with low elution volumes.
  
• The magnet in standard position is strong enough to pull beads from a full 2 ml tube (see pictures).
• Private labelling / OEM possible on request.

Technical Specification:

• Six extremely strong Neodymium magnets with Nickel coating for fastest bead binding. 6 x 5.7 kg - Magnetic field strength is > 6000 gauss!
• 3D printed with SLA technology with very high accuracy and surface quality
• The 2 ml tube magnetic rack comes in white, durable material.
• If surface sterilization is needed, please use bleach or UV sterilization.
