Kathy, the Magnetic Separation Rack for six 1.5 ml Tubes

A magnetic separation rack for 1.5 ml tubes. The magnets are placed at the angle of the tubes for fast performance. Specifically designed rims of the 1.5 ml magnetic rack hold the lids in place to prevent the accidental turning of the tubes. For bead cleanups, DNA extraction and many more applications and compatible with all kinds of beads, e.g. AMPure XP.

Options for Customization of the Magnetic Bead Rack for 1.5 ml Tubes:

• The type of magnets
• The vertical position of magnets in millimeters up from the bottom of the tubes.
• Standard: beads will be pulled around 3 mm up from the bottom of the tubes, compatible with low elution volumes.
  
• Private labelling / OEM possible on request.

Technical Specification:

• Six very strong Neodymium magnets with Nickel coating. Square magnets (super strong!): 6 x 5.7 kg; long magnets: 6 x 1.7 kg.
• 3D printed with SLA technology with very high accuracy and surface quality.
• The 1.5 ml tube magnetic rack comes in white, durable material.
• If surface sterilization is needed, please use bleach or UV sterilization.
